Returns & 7-day cooling-off period

Return within 7 days

Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return the item directly, or notify us in writing (by email or a message on Instagram @memos.std) that you are cancelling the contract. You don't need to give a reason or pay any fee (Consumer Protection Act, Article 19).

The 7 days are a cooling-off period, not a trial period. For the next customer, please keep the item intact: not washed, not worn outside, free of damage and stains, with tags and packaging complete.

Return shipping

If you cancel within the 7 days, we pay the return shipping. We will provide a store-to-store return method.

Refund timing

We will collect the item within 15 days of receiving your notice, and refund to your original payment method within 15 days of receiving the returned item.

Wrong size? We'll exchange it

If you'd like a different size, message us on Instagram @memos.std first; once we've confirmed stock, we'll arrange the exchange.
