memos｜滿目 is a menswear select shop in Taiwan.
We don't design clothes. We choose them: the few pieces with a slightly different cut, that fit just right, and that we still like after a long look.
01 / 04・Who
A small select shop
Picking the clothes, taking the photos, answering messages — we do it all ourselves.
Because the shop is small, we can tell you where every piece came from and why it made the cut.
Tried first, then kept.
02 / 04・How
When a style catches our eye, we get a sample and wear it out first. Where does the shoulder seam land? Where does the hem stop? Does it work with the trousers we already own?
Only if it feels right do we stock it and list it. We shoot the photos ourselves too — same light, same gray backdrop — so the colors stay as true as we can make them.
03 / 04・Fit
A different outline
Short, wide tees. Tees with sleeves cut in one with the body. Vests that cover the shoulders. Not shapes you see everywhere, but the proportions work, with wide trousers or with shorts.
Colors are mostly black, white, gray and earth tones; fabrics lean matte, with some weight to them. Taiwan is hot and humid, and on days you don't want layers, one piece on its own still has to look right.
