Purposes and categories

To process orders, shipping, returns and exchanges, customer service, and to issue receipts as required by law, we collect your name, phone number, email, pickup store or address, and order history. Card numbers are processed by ECPay; we never obtain or store them.

Period, region, recipients and method of use

Period: kept for the retention period required by law after the transaction is complete. Region: Taiwan (cloud servers may be located in Tokyo, Japan). Recipients: us, logistics (7-Eleven [President Chain Store] and FamilyMart), payments (ECPay), and our transactional email service (Resend). Method: processed electronically.

Member sign-in

Membership is not required to shop; you can check out without signing in.

If you sign in with LINE, we receive your LINE display name, profile picture, LINE user ID, and the email address you agree to share; with Google, your name, profile picture and email; with an email code, only the email you enter. Purpose: identifying you as a member, showing your orders, and sending order and shipping notifications. If you sign in with LINE and add our LINE official account as a friend, shipping and store-arrival notifications are sent to you on LINE; they stop if you block the official account or remove LINE sign-in. LINE Login is provided by LY Corporation, and Google sign-in by Google LLC.

Marketing messages (new arrivals, offers) are sent only if you opt in separately, and you can turn them off at any time in your account. You can remove sign-in methods or delete your account from your account page; after deletion, orders already placed are still kept as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask us to let you inquire about or review your personal data, provide copies of it, supplement or correct it, stop collecting, processing or using it, or delete it (Personal Data Protection Act, Article 3). Please contact us using the details above.

If you don't provide your data

If you do not provide the necessary data, we will be unable to complete your order and shipping.
